Information collected
On some parts of the website, you may be asked to provide some limited personal information in order to enable the provision of certain services (e.g. prospectus ordering, registering with a society, applying for a vacancy etc). By supplying this information you are consenting to the University holding and using it for the purposes for which it was provided. Information provided will be kept for as long as is necessary to fulfil that purpose.

Acceptance

Your use of this site shall be deemed to be your agreement to abide by each of the terms set forth below. It is the responsibility of the customer to read such conditions before entering upon a transaction.

You agree to update your registration data as quickly as possible if any of your data modifications. If Richmond College suspects that your enrollment data is not complete, current or precise or otherwise violates these Terms of Use, your account may be subject to suspension or termination and you may be prevented from using the Richmond College website.
User Account, Password and Security
Account creation is mandatory to buy from Richmond College. You will need to build a user account and password. You are responsible for keeping the password and account confidential and are responsible for all activities that take place under your account.
You agree to:
- Notify Richmond College immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or other safety violation.
- Ensure that at the end of each session you log out of your account.
Richmond College cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

You recognise and agree that any content, including but not restricted to text, information, photographs, graphics, etc. or material transmitted or circulated through the site, by Richmond College, its advertisers or third parties, is protected by trademarks, service marks, patents, copyrights or other proprietary freedoms and regulations.

Rules of Conduct
The following guidelines of behavior apply to your use of the website and any material you publish on Richmond College, including text, information, graphics, audio or video content, sound, chat, messages, files or any other material (jointly user submissions) whether user submissions are included in blogs, discussion groups, emails, profiles, remarks or any other part or function of the website.

Content and Refunds
Refunds are not available once payment is received and products have been delivered to the student dashboard or downloaded. This has no impact on your statutory rights.
Once the payment has been made in full and cleared, the goods will be shipped to the customer and any variance of this term will be subject to the terms dictated by Richmond College.
Access to modules and assessments is limited to 5 (five) years, from the date of enrolment. In exceptional circumstances this may be extended.
Assessments can be re-sit as many times as required within the 5 year period as long payments have been cleared.
Failure to keep up with your monthly payments may incur a £50 admin fee and suspension of your online account.
Discount Codes
Account discount codes- Discount codes may be awarded to account holders from time to time; such codes may only be applicable to transactions produced through the account that provided and recorded the discount code.
Promotional discount codes – We may give advertising discount codes from moment to moment that may apply to any or certain purchases produced through this website.
All Prices and course fees are listed in British Pound Sterling (GBP), and therefore we are not responsible for any exchange rate changes, nor any bank charges that arise from this or any other payments made to Richmond College.
Variations/Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies
Richmond College uses reasonable endeavours to ensure the information on the site is accurate, however the information and product listings on the site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We create no representation or warranty that any data is precise, complete or up-to-date and we acknowledge no liability to the fullest extent allowed by law for any loss or harm created by any dependence on such data placed by you or any person to whom you may transmit such data.
Richmond College shall have the right to modify, remove any content of the site including prices, sales literature or other documents at any time without any liability or notice as long as such changes do not affect the quality of the goods substantially.

Plagiarism
Academic dishonesty includes any effort by a student by unauthorised means to obtain an unfair benefits (e.g. additional marks) for themselves or other students. Examples of such dishonesty are collusion, deceit, plagiarism, and examination cheating.
Collusion involves, but not restricted to, deliberate cooperation between two or more learners, without formal permission, in the preparation and manufacturing of job presented as individual job. All students involved may be penalised in cases where one (or more) student has copied from another.
Deceit involves misrepresentation or non-disclosure of appropriate data, including inability to disclose any job case that has been or will be used for other scholarly reasons to be presented for evaluation.
Plagiarism is the act of using the words, images, etc. of other people as though they were your own.
Cheating is described as any effort to obtain an unfair benefit in an evaluation (including exams) or to help another student do so. It involves: copying from other candidates, collusion, impersonation, plagiarism, and unauthorised access to unauthorised documents of examination.
It is in the best interests of all students for Richmond College to maintain the good reputation of its awards. Your co-operation is expected in actively protecting the integrity of the assessment process. It is the duty of all students to Richmond College to have high personal standards of academic honesty in their studies and to report any instances of malpractice of which they become aware.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with English Laws, and in the event of any disputes or claims associated with the terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Richmond College uses personal data of the customer for appropriate purposes and according to statutory regulations. Course Accreditation
Courses are accredited by a governing body designated by Richmond College, who assess and review all of our content. If the validation partnership changes, Richmond College will always strive to ensure that the new governing body is of the same or greater standard. Therefore no refunds will be given in this scenario to learners.
Before submitting tasks, all students will be recorded with the appropriate awarding organisation.
University admission
Richmond College does not in any manner guarantee immediate progress to a university degree or master’s program for learners; this will depend exclusively on the conditions, experience, and implementation of the student to the corresponding university.
