Correspondence
Equivalent to the second year of a 3-year Bachelor’s degree in the UK and comparable to the second year of undergraduate studies internationally (US, Canada, Asia, and Europe).
Programme Overview
The Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care is designed to deepen knowledge and skills in key areas such as quality management, partnership working, and complex needs in health and social care. This qualification supports progression toward Level 6 studies or management roles within the health and social care sectors. Students gain hands-on experience through practical applications of health and social care principles, developing both strategic insight and empathetic approaches essential for effective service delivery.
Aims of the Diploma

Grades are awarded as Pass, Merit, or Distinction:

Merit: 60%-69%
Distinction: 70% and above
Completion Requirements
Learners must achieve a minimum score of 40% in each unit. All assessments are subject to internal and external quality assurance by Qualifi.
