Aims of the Diploma
The qualification aims to:

Assessment Approach
Each module is assessed through written assignments, case studies, and practical applications:
Written Assignments: Evaluate comprehension and application of legal theories in each core unit.

Grading System
Grades are awarded as Pass, Merit, or Distinction:
Pass: 40%-59%
Merit: 60%-69%
Distinction: 70% and above
Completion Requirements
All units require a minimum pass mark of 40%. Assessments are internally marked and externally moderated by ATHE to ensure consistency and quality.
